Looks the same in both browsers, and use font-family css is all wrong. What are those, custom fonts? I dont htink its possible to use custom fonts anyways.

This here:
font-family: A.D. MONO, 04b_11, 04b_03b, ! PEPSI !, AdineKirnberg, ADMUI3Lg, ADMUI3Sm, African, AG Foreigner, AG Foreigner Light-Bold, AG Foreigner Light-Bold Italic, AG Foreigner Light-Italic, AG Foreigner Light-Plain, AG Foreigner-Italic, Visitor -BRK-, Visitor TT1 BRK, Visitor TT2 BRK, Whoosit, kroeger 0853;
Now no one is going to see those fonts you have put in the font family unless they have them installed on their computer. Also if there is a space in the font name you'll need to surround it in double quotes ie:
"Times New Roman", Verdana etc.

Use valid font familily sets, Dreamweaver has 5 or 6 valid font-family sets. Also I don't think you understand how the font-family css attribute works either as you don't need that many fonts listed in the font-family.

i don't mean to cause offense or anything but that font selection is terrible, its unreadable and just too small

you should take visitors into consideration and maybe use something between 10 and 13px in height, and one of the following fonts:
tahoma, arial, verdana, times new roman, sans serif
