Photoshop 7.0 » Won't Maximize New Window

When I Run Photoshop 7.0 It's All Working Fine Then When I Create A New Image
And Maximize That Window And It All Freezes Then This Happens:

That's freaky. I never had that happen to me with Photoshop.

Have you tried the following options?
-Reboot your machine
-Re-Install Photoshop
-Configure your screen resolution settings

It may be a video card problem too, but I'm just guessing on a whim.

thats happened to me before sometimes re-starting works and sometimes re-installing works

I have tried Re-Starting but no luck,
I have lost my CD to Re-Install it So no hope really.
I'll leave my computer off over night and see if it works in the morning.
If not Ill buy CS2
