I say this because if you export it using photoshop, you will run into more problems then it's worth.

Learn HTML first and then progress onto CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). Both are important for web-design.

That is the best place to start learning HTML, and yeah go on to using CSS to learn how to style your pages. There is lots of free tutorials hanging about for HTML.

ok so if i design it in photoshop first what are the dimensions supposed to be so it can fit well on the browsers of the people's computer screens? *edit* also what is this slicing thing i've heard ppl talk about?

then you have a html file with all images, just edit this one and you have your site
are u going to use PHP or iframes or frames?
