Really sorry to keep bothering you but i have another problem. If you look at my layout

I have the content box beside the ad bar I made. Everything looks great but now i dont know how im supposed to Use the table made by the ultimate Slicing guide to put the saide navigation in.

you need to use the complete adress no the one with the "..." in it

the forum shortens the url if its over 50 characters or summit, but the link works anyway, just click on the link and it'll work.

No, the '...' was in the url of the original post, almost as if it were copied from another forum post.
