When I transfer over from Photoshop to Imageready and start slicing, everything looks ok when I'm viewing in originall mode. When I click on the the optimized tab certain layers move where they are not suppose to be and never have been when I created them in the first place. What's going on??

Hi,
Two suggestions here.
1) hit Ctrl+Shift+Alt (PC) while launching PS so the preferences will set to defualt.
If it wont work then
Mostly worked solution for me is try to re-install PS.
