I have some white lightning brushes that I downloaded how would I change them to a green colour

dont know how to change the actual brush itself, but this way should work

when you apply them, make sure they are on thier own layer.

select the layer

cntrl + u

tick colourize box

and play with the sliders till you have them the colour and brightness you want
