Vectoring my face

I want to turn my face into vector art but i have no base image and almost no illustrator experience. can someone help me? for all i now i have to vector this in photoshop lol.

filter- artistic- cut out does same thing, maybe not as good as but its good enough for me...!

You'll need one either way.

The cutout filter looks like crap(sorry it does).

Start looking into some tutorials on the pen tool and practice making some simple shapes, then move up to more complex things. Basically you make a new layer for each color you use, try to use about 3 shades for each color. It's a long process, but it's result depends on what effort you put into it, take your time and don't do it all at once, do bit by bit, day by day.

awww i was hopinf cutout would do :cry:

lol ahhwell i did do it once tho when it looked just like a vector cause after i did the tool i messed with blending and blurs and now i wished i saved it, it was a bottel of stella or summin
