I am trying to design an oscommerce template . How can I go about trying to learn how to make an oscommerce template design?

Next to the link D showed you, you can also dload a lot of templates in their dloads section. I think there's also a tutorial for a complicated template in there somewhere, + they have their own support forum.

Developed an oscommerce site around 2 yrs ago, and their forum was of great help to me.

Templatemonster now offers templates as well for oscommerce btw, if you want to pay for it ofcourse..
