Alright so this is my first tut. hopefully you all like it.
Start with the photo you'd like to manipulate.
Step 1:
- Duplicate your original photo. ( Image > Duplicate )
Step 2:
- Select: Filter > Artistic > Fresco.
Brush Size : 1
Brush Detail : 3
Texture : 1
Step 3:
- Set the Blend mode to Pin Light.
SIMPLE! YOUR DONE!
