My outlook express seemed to work until about 3 days ago, when it started actaully recieve emails... but not even display them in the inbox

I have no idea whats happening, i've send myself emails to make sure i am actually getting emails... but... no. It's just not happening

Any solutions/ideas?

Andy do you have it set to Inbox or Local Folders, also do you have another user on your PC? You might be under wrong account.

Click - File - Identities double check your in the right one.

Thanks for the suggestions Donna, actaully this is my PC and i am the only user, with no login bootup page

Damn, this is annoying!

EDIT: An when i recieve an email, it does confirm that i have it in my inbox as the unread messages goes up by X...

Maybe i hid something :S

Something may of changed in your settings, check those first if you still cannot see then run a virus check

WOHO! Great! Thanks Donna, ill take a peak at them when i wake up tomororw morning! As for now, ill post you a picture as what my inbox looks like... i think it must be just something i've pressed, but... i have show all messages and i just can't understand::

WOHOOO! I fixed it, it was actaully.. quite strange and a problem in itself

I had to do two things,

1. Plese use your FULL EMAIL Address as your username.
2. Please turn on SMTP Authentication for outgoing mail.

I found these messages once i had deleted all of my inbox, and changed it from 'show all messages' to 'hide read messages' and, to my suprise, about 10 emails came up (yes i know, they wern't there on the show all messages) and so.. i just did thoes two things and tada :\

Mail server change :\ I'm sure they had to tell you about thoes things.... **swears under his breath**
