how much do people charge for slicing/coding layouts (not designing them, just doing the slicing/coding) im looking for a price range by the hour

i would never charge/pay by the hour on something like slicing/coding a layout

instead, teh usual thing is to have a look at the layout and think of how you would make it and how much effort would be needed to slice/code it. but its usually like a 20-30 dollar job on most simple projects... well, 20-30 usd would seem reasonable for both sides.

you should post the layout so we can tell you a better price. but yea it usually ranges about 20$-25$.

sry, i guess i didnt make my self clear enough, im adding a service to my site to charge ppl to slice/code their layout, im wondering a good price range to put down for a estimite so ppl know how much im charging

oh yea, also, i think that if most people want someone to slice/code a layout for them, they'd want it to be up to date in semantics (most ppl do at least) so they'd want a xhtml/css site
