Right I've made a layout for a website with this basic design (as this is the tut I followed).



My problem is slicing with images at the top and bottom of the text areas. Would appreciate any tips on how to do this.

And also would it work if I gave each text box its own scrollbar that just scrolled the text and not the background.

this layout is just asking to be coded in full css! =O

the answer is pretty easy, all you need to do is learn css first, then learn a few background properties. my tut should explain what u want i think, about static backgrounds.
