Ok for some reason I don't think it's all that great 
For one the text in the top-left corner is really distracting to me
Two, the red eyes are just BOOM, and stands out awfully too much
Three, you're text that says Speed needs to be blended better to suit this unique style you've got.
So I have found Three strikes that I can point out to you, so I'm going to say 7/10

1. I made the eyes red so it can stand out.
2. The text on the top left is for design purposes, lowering opacity wont make it look nice.
3. This is not a grunge sig that needs blending of the text so greatly.
