Only just started making sigs, this is 1 what i just done.

If you have only just started making them, it isn't too bad. However, i think it lacks complexity:
The background is very basic, maybe try adding some brushes (tutorials can be found on the homepage)
Borders allot of the time also improve the appearance (tutorials also)
And the size of this file is huge! 659 x 192 pixels!
Be sure to check out the sig tutorials on the homepage, there are literally hundreds
