Hey guys, im building up a webpage and on the banner i want to get that effect where theres this moving outline that follows the strong edges of the image that starts on one side of the banner, and ends on the other. I've seen a tutorial around somewhere before but i don't remember what its called. I will try to find an example if i can tootaloo
