yeah i know pic is small, didnt wanna work w/ something big.

PS. ITS A VECTOR.

eh and for those who believe this isnt a vector, ill show u layers of vectoring.

bigger version for the person that requested it. i increased from 400 - 600, i didnt wanna make it too big because i did vector it as a small image, meaning lots of details are left out if seen upclose. so yeah i didnt wanna make it like 1200.

Could we see a larger version anyway? If its a vector that shouldn't be a problem :), anyway, it appears now that you left the picture visible behind the vector part taht you have completed...but its really hard to tell with such a small image

The shading seems a little off on the arms  Looks like your'e still working on it so it'll proly look better once you complete it. ;)

Also pure white eyes look odd - some areas need to be darker ;)

I'd leave it at that since this is still a work in progress.

Im confused. How can a vector image pixelate. The work on deviant is top notch and way above the quality of this. I can tell there is some vector work in the face but thats about it.

Correct me if i'm wrong, and i said this already, but this appears pixellated because it is the beginnings of a vector work (in the face and part of the arm), but the rest is just the picture behind it that he is working off of....right? or did you do something weird?

I noticed you used Photoshop, I also used to use Photoshop but for my latest one I decided to use Illustrator as since I got it I had only used it for logos and figured it a waste.

But I can find 2 things in illustrator:
1)How to esize image :)
2)How to soften edges on pathways :S

Anywhoo as before I like it :D

yeah i just can't get used to / learn illustrator for the life of me. i've tried using it, but the pen tool feels a bit awkward for me in illustrator, its like a whole new pentool u have to get used to.

the vectors in the deviantart link ive posted above, like i said is an example of how much BETTER vectors can get. meaning i can't vector that well, but vectors CAN get that good.

so simply put, i am not good enough to add so much detail to the vector that it actualy looks "Real."

and maybe u didnt read, but like i said, i vectored the image as a small image, meaning if i were to resize it alot bigger then its original size, it would seem as though it was missing LOTS of details.

thebirdman - it appears pixelated? i dont see how.. maybe the posturized part of the image is pixelated but i dont see how the part i vectored seems pixelated.. ;)
