This site is for Broadband users only (I found out how long it takes with a 56k at someones house) Or, do you think I should get a Preloader for the Intro??? Which I have no idea how to do.

I get a virus warning when I visit your link... What are you trying to do... ???
Other than that, if I were you I would do a bandwidth detection and give the user an option to select whether they want bandwidth or 56K... That way they can choose to wait or go straight into the content.
