Hey all! Long time no see. I am hoping to be more active from now on. Just had a break from visiting forums but now I'm back.

Anyways, here is my question. If you could think of ANY website that you find very little of on the whole web, what type of website would it be?

Take into account what they offer, and the things they do.

The main purpose of this topic is to let me know what people are looking for on the web, and maybe start a business with it. But that's more long term project type thing. Anyhow, can't wait to see what everyone posts!

:D

P.S: THIS IS MY 100TH POST! ;)

If I new that I'd be a gazillionairre...

On a perhaps slightly more helpful note, there are many resources on the web to help you get started setting up an e-business. One random site (obviously not the best, but it's a start) has a handful of free e-books, may be worth a look -

Free Business eBooks

I know this aint exactly what you were looking for, but I like to try and help where I can!
If I was going to create me own e-business, I think I'd probably sell.....Chav Voodoo Dolls.

Thanks for your replies so far guys. Hasn't helped me much, but yeah, we're starting to get there.

Since you guys don't know of any, what would you think of this idea:

Making a site where people can get logos, avatars, particular graphics, scripts, etc, from the site. And maybe have an area for games. So sort of like putting a resource site and Miniclips together...

What do you guys think of that?

No need to bump this, maybe no one is replying as your idea has been around for years already

I understand Donna, but I just wanted some advice on what I could make a site on...
Whether it be a site to get graphics, such as www.mess.be or a site for games, such as www.miniclips.com.

I am just trying to look for something that I think will make me stick with it and build it up. I have had many projects in the past that were good ideas but failed as I got bored of it and no-one liked it after.
I want to make something that I will be interested in for a long time, not for 1 week and then totally desert it after.

Get what I mean?

Keep in mind games will use bandwith so you need to take site costs into consideration.

Good person to ask would be Andy as he has a games site.

Do something YOU enjoy and YOU want rather than get suggestions and loose interest after a few months.

I am interested in cars, graphics, games (mainly online), stuff like that. I just can't quite grasp the things I want to make though...

I will talk to Andy.
