Slicing in DW, Side image moving down

Hi,
I am following several slicing tutorials to make my new site design. I have a navigation bar sliced on the left side. The problem is when the page extends past the normal height, the nave bar starts moving down and seperating from the header. How can i get it just stay up there no matter what? I know i am just missing one crucial step. Does anyone know what it is? Thanks,

You need to set the vertical alignment for the cell (The cell that has the side image that keeps moving down) to Top
