its gonna be interesting if england are out relatively fast after lunch. i think on channel 4 they worked it out if england bat for another 30 or so overs, and reach 270, then aussies will need to bat at 7 an over (!!!!!!!) for 40 + overs to win...

i dont think they have much of a chance. england seem past their notorius collapses of the last few years.

what a year for an english liverpool supporter <3

there was this interesting thingy someone told me about <3 I think it came in the papers, not sure

1981 - Prince Charles married, Liverpool won the European cup, England won the Ashes

2005 - Prince Charles married, Liverpool are European Champions
and England on the brink of winning the Ashes

a thing you'll learn with England is that theres no "Bandwagon"... we support England whenever they are winning, thats just it

its not so much as supporting them when theyre winning, i think you will find 90% of english sports enthusiasts will cheer on england no matter what it is- even if they dont like the sport. i mean, ive found myself cheering on the bloody rowing before?!?!

Tim Henman :P Too bad he ran into Sampras more times than he should have

all the host countries do well in the Olympics - so it might well be england's turn in 2012 ;)
