Say hello to the raclemmeer, also know seperatly as the Racoon, Lemur & Meerkat. This stange animals are only seen once in a while. Rumour has it that in early 1600's Lemurs from madagascer swam across the ocean to get to south africa. On doing so they made friends with the meerkats. The problem was they started nicking each others wifes. And this led to interbreading of the species.
Then in the 1700's some named Captian Hook took 20 specimans all female of the LemKat (Lemer + Meerkat) to america where they have now breeded with the racoons. In 1811 Abraham Lincoln decided to ask the british who occupied south africa at the time to remove all the raclemmeers from america they could find and send them back the africa. You can now pay £150 to go and photograph one of these rather odd looking mammals just north on the Gamgugu Game Reserve in South Africa.
Cheers,
Nick (yes i really do have a vivid imagination)
