Hi Respected Forum Members,
Greetings.
I am planning to send different type of Newsletters to my friends, relatives, clients etc.
I have designed a HTML News letter. What is the procedure to send it using mail?
I received many newsletters from different sources regularly on my Yahoo and Gmail account, but most of the time the graphics are not displayed to my PoP3 Account which I have set up using Outlook express and when I see the same mail using Yahoo or such providers the graphics looks fine.
I have uploaded the newsletter to my server.
Thank you.
HTML Newsletter!

To show images in outlook, where the message appears you should see a bar at the top of the message that shows the subject and who sent it, then over on the right side you should see something like "Display External Images". Click that and Outlook will show the images.

To make it mail out at a certain time, you'll have to set up a crontab. Just google it, or ask your host how to set one up (and if you even can). Other then that, you can just use some of the above links, and a mysql database, then just loop through all your subscribers to send the mail to each one.

p.s. Moved to proper category
