I am currently using Maya Personal Learning Edition, and I was wondering if there is anyway to save my creation other then a .mp so I can open it in another program so I can add materials? Please help me out.

Can't you add materials in the PLE?
Also I don't think you can export it to other 3d programs. The PLE comes with its own set of restrictions
I would have checked to confirm but I uninstalled it because the watermarks were just too much :wacko:

Hmm well I've never used it, but you might be-able to export it as an OBJ, file>export all, I don't know if that will work thoug
