I recently added a couple of mods, but am not sure which one did this
I did a bit of research into this error and it says that

Well T_DOUBLE_ARROW is a Parser Token which php uses to identify certain outputs. T_DOUBLE_ARROW is used to identify => which is used in array assignment. So if you were to see T_DOUBLE_ARROW in your error message you would know that somehow you had used => incorrectly. I have encountered this error when working with php classes. Sometimes I will type something like this $this=>var instead of the correct $this->var.
