Well, I'm fairly new to Photoshop, so don't expect spectacular results, but I think this is one of the best i've made so far:

Good for a beginner. Nice size. Check out some tutorials on text effects and render blending. The best thing to do for a beginner is look through some detailed sig. tut's.

Good job. I agree with BlueWednesday, just check some tuts out and you will be great at it. That Halo sig, the image with him shootin would be I think a great one for a cut out. Thats just me.

Yeh its cool for a jsut starting out - agreed with all above posts mayb try blending the pic in abit using a grunge brush - Is there a border on it ??
