Hey gents and chicks,

i am a designer busy redeveloping our company website, and there is one feature that I thought would be EXCELLENT, but I am not entirely sure as to how you go about doing this, if you even CAN do this...

The feature in question is a page which lists all of our staff, with a nice pic, some bland details and contact information all displayed neat and sweet. that is easy to do.
I though that a nice addition would be to let a visitor/client see that page, see the staff member he would like to contact regarding the issue/job etc., click on a link, and have the staff member's details imported into the user's outlook contacts list.

Is this even possible!? If it is, can anyone give me some pointers as to how you achieve this sort of thing?

Also nice thing would be let the user skype us, like click on our skype username and it opens skype and dials?

Fuzzy bananas to you all. have a great and awesome day
:tiphat:

You could do this with Outlook Express

They would need to create their own first then upload the file so people can download them, they are called vCard Files, format is .vcf

They can add all their info into those re:
Name & email etc Home, Business, Personal, Other, NetMeeting and digital IDS

All the end user does is download and open in Outlook and auto import to their address book.

Could also try Microsoft Access and word have you searched through any of the tuts here? If not theres hundreds of tutorials out there on microsoft word, Access etc
