Because it's my forum. This site is for professionals as well as beginners to look for help, and we advertise for comapnies that sell legit services and software. I will not have content on this site that facilitates illegal use or procurement of said items.

Rofl how should it have been a PM limewire is free to use by anyone by the public for the public.. If it was a free place to download like c4d then yes it would need to be a pm but otherwise no.
