hey i am restarting HTML. back in the day i had an old version of dreamweaver on my old computer so that definately helped me to learn a lot. i really want to get a nice layout with just a couple frames..like two frames in the middle of the page next to eachother. im just trying to find a decent program to help me or i can try to hand code like i used to in notepad. i have a program called tsw webcoder, but i dk if that is quality or not...anyway, all help is appreciated!
