How can I do a background similar to the 1 in the link bellow? The guy said he used PS8 but I know it's possible to also do it in illustrator... I'll take any tutorial for illustrator or ps aslong as I can do it, thanks

its just a yellow-to-green gradient background.
then black lines on a new layer (really thick black lines that slant) and lowered opacity layer.

Ive got a brush set with that rising sun efefct on... if you want them really badly i'd be happy to send them to you through msn: hbsucks@hotmail.com or you can search deviantart for a vector set and its included.. i cant remember which set tho.
