Well, it *was* a silhouette that I made in a previous image I did a while back, but then I took that silhouette, resized it, and went around the outside in one colour with the Pen Tool. Then I started coloruing various bits in all these different colours, to define certain areas. Then I started putting in the proper colours I wanted. I had to add in the arm where the hand is under her hair. Um, no, that is NOT an iPod... It is the "Super-Fantabulous-Tasha-MP3-Player-Otherwise-Known-As-A-Portable-Verion-Of-Winamp" player.
I know she has no face...
So yeah... Basically, it is the first human vector I have really done properly without a reference/base photo.
And I also know there are probably loads of mistakes, several I know of anyway.

To be honest, I don't think I really know... It's some sort of cartoon on Adult Swim my friend told me to watch (recorded it on my DVR as I'm horrible with watching shows on time).

I've only seen one episode, but from what I have seen there's a child rolling around on roller skates with a 'bented' baseball bat, wacking people to their death (pun not intended)... But, this one little japanese anime character creator (She created a small little pink gremlin looking thing, which was cute), in which this character sort of looks like your drawing... To me anyway. Therefore, I made the connection from the anime to your vector art.

I googled Paranoia Agent, and came up with this.
