okay I have a few questions in Cinema 4D again
1. How do you make a metallic material?
2. How do you make a metal material that is like reflective...example....like the metal on usb plugins
and 3. the big one
this may be easier if I show a pic, I am trying to make my cellphone in cinema 4D and I need help on making the transition from the blue to the silver part, and I have no idea where to start or anything

If you want to model a phone i'd suggest having a go at this tutorial. Its made by 3DKiwi over at C4D Cafe.
Tutorial
About metallic materials, make sure they have something to reflect off. All metal objects (nearly all) are reflective in some way, especially chrome. Put in a sky object with a cloud texture on it, or objects off camera so they reflect in the rendered object.
Theres actually some nice shaders that come with cinema. You can add them to the materials list and play with the settings.
Hope all that makes sense
