Umm, Im my opinion it is a bit plain...
It needs that lil extra thing that would make it perfect,

Borders and maybe some light textures.....
Some light vector organic shapes to add to the arrow might be cool.

Borders, hum, I'm not one for borders on web layouts. I want to add some more shapes, but everytime I do they look wrong. I'll keep on trying though.

hmm its a bit plain and also the cut and that arrow is very rough. Im not a big fan on dark layouts asswell sorry
