Ok, a couple of days ago, my brother created a tutorial system for me. Basically, there's a submit form which has Name, author, category, difficulty, avy and method. The form works fine when I try to submit tutorials that are small in size (about 2kb) but if I try to add a tutorial that's larger in size then it doesnt add it to the database at all. I don't know if the script times out or anything, but nothing seems to help
