Hello again, is there anyone that can help me with a watermark? :P
You see, after upgrading our gallery we have an option to mark all our pictures with watermarks...

around 450x100 pixels.
and it should say "drekkamer.com"

The letters should be see-through like this:

Theres only one way i know how to do it... manually....

Photoshop - make your text any colour
CLick LAyer > Layer Style > Blending options and put the fill opacity to 0%

Now just raise the bevel and emboss upto.. whatever it looks good at
---------

you were meaning how to do it with a graphics program i hope

I tihnk this topic also needs to be moved :P

Actually, Photopaint has this built in... just click a button and you can insert your custom digi-mark watermark as easily as you add a signature to an email :)

I don't have PS here, so i won't be able to try it... It sounds very easy, maybe I should try making one on my own :-)

I guess it's only to make a new transparent image, add a text and do as you said...

Hell you can do it with word if you know how to use word to it's full advantage. However you would need to do some searching. First make the image copy and paste it in word than add the watermark and voila!

I know how you can do it in word, but the whole idea is to make a "template" and let the software add the "watermark"-image to all of our pictures...
I'll try and see if I can make one tomorrow

Hey Mate, infact... using the actions command you can make this process a whole lot easier... Search for it first though :)

If not... open the action panel, make a new action and it will start recording.

grab your text and put it in the left top left corner
add your layer styles
then click stop on your actions panel

Now when you want your watermark, jsut click PLAY on your actions panel (if your still stuck, IM me on MSN)

Hehe, I would have done a search, but at first this post was kind of a request... But I managed to make one after Andy told me :-)
I guess I have to much respect for PS, I should take the time to learn how to use it, but ATM I don't have it...
