overwriting/covering website layout with mylayout

hey i made a layout on photoshop and sliced it on dreamweaver.

my website

as you can see, the layout is at the top of the page and doesn't overwrite the default layout at the bottom. How do i make it so the whole layout i made is actually the whole webpage??
