I made a cideo tutorial thats 2 minutes long and its 200MB. how can I make the file size smaller for file hosting sites?

you could use Winrar and dice it into little bits. thats would be my choice. :(

There has got to be a way to do it other than winrar, I would suggest talking to some of the guys over at C4DCafe or maybe PM theguid on our forums here because if I remember correctly he makes/made tutorials with camstudio.

Is it 200MB after converting to swf? :D

If not, try converting to swf - would decrease the filesize by a lot :D

I tried that and it converted but nothing came up. sound came up but not the video

That happend to me once when I had to convert a video to swf for a client this summer. Mess with some settings within flash, it should reduce the filesize by a LOT and also there is a way to get the sound stream to go alongside it... though I don't remember how.

hmm. I changed the quality to 50% and its still 100MB. I messed with all of the settings and when I convert to AVI nothing works.
