i have this one virus on my computer called TV Media and it pisses me off way too much, sometimes when i get on the net my cpu usage goes up to 100% and i cant do ne thing cause it starts to lag , i have norton and ive tried to use some other ones but the dont work, ive been in msconfig and turned it off but somehow it restarts everytime i turn on my comp i have searched through it through basically every folder, it consists of 2 .dll files and a program file which i cannot delete......im in a rush so i gtg, if you can help then thank you.

Go here and DL adaware SE http://www.pixel2lif...p?showtopic=996 (This is much better than the regular adaware) and see if it deletes it for you. if it doesn't, then simply search your registry for the dll names and delete any entries you find. Sounds to me like it's not a virus.

basically what it does is it uploads virus's and spam and porn so yeah its probably not a virus.
when i get home i will dl the file and try everything you said, thanks.

I had it too, go check my spyware topic bout spyware. and its not like bad viruses or anything harmful to ur files, jus gives u pop ups.
