Well i kinda have been looking at the ds since i first heard it was gonna come out, and for some reason it atracted me....alot as you will see..... heres everything you want to know about it.
This wicked gaming device comes to us on the 21st of November in the US and the 2nd of December in Japan, and sometime in the beggining of the year for Uk
and Australia.Although it is rumored to go on sale in Japan first.
Price tag; $149.99 us dollars, 15,000 yen.
Games will come from over 100 different companies which have already agreed to develop titles for the device.Nintendo will produce the first 20 titles.
Nintendo has confirmed that the system will be backward compatible with Game Boy Advance games, but will not support system-link multiplayer in GBA games due to the DS' lack of link cable port.

Size (closed): 148.7 millimeters (5.85 inches) wide, 84.7 millimeters (3.33 inches) long, 28.9 millimeters (1.13 inches) tall
Top Screen: A backlit, 3-inch, semitransparent reflective TFT color LCD with 256 x 192 pixel resolution and .24 mm dot pitch, capable of displaying 260,000 colors,
A 3D graphics system which, the spec. claims, is capable of drawing 120,000 polygons per second, representing a fill-rate of 30 million pixels per second.
Graphics will be slightly better than 64 graphics.
Touch Screen: Same specs as top screen, but with a transparent analog touch screen
Wireless Communication: Uses Bluetooth to maintain communication ,IEEE 802.11 and Nintendo's proprietary format; wireless range is 30 to 100 feet, depending on circumstances; multiple users can play multiplayer games using just one DS Game Card.Free phone calls at wireless network hotspots.
The DS wakes up if it senses another console in transmitting range

lol...ok... meanwhile while waiting a year for the psp ill have a DS to play for a whole year! and in that amount of time, ill have more money...hmm thought about that?

PS3 will be the powerfullest console and computer when it is relesed ( apart from those nasa computers and shit ) the chip, codenamed Cell, has the power of 20 PS2 processers, and graphics, and looking at the early screenshot they look like photographs..
