^^ Well i never done a vector person before ( suprising the the time i been sing PS ) and im not using a tut cuz i cudnt find one that worked on P2L so i been trying to do it without any assistance i been using pen and pencil tool atm. I need help with the face cuz i havent really done anythign and idont really know what to do with it to make it look effective... i think what ive done with pencil tool looks a bit cr**... so help is appreciated ^^

the pencil tool ISN'T vector. and theres not much advice someone can give on creating vector art other than, use the right colors in the right places. its all preference. I tried creating a vector of a face but couldn't get multiple color usage looking good so i toned it down, http://www.deviantar...ation/23014034/
