Hi im new here an i would really like to know how to make those custom user bars animated like so. Help would be appreciated.

What you do is, make all the ones oyu want to fade in and them save them as gifs or jpgs or what ever. Then put them all on seperate layers. Bring over to image ready and create a frame for each layer and do like a 5 frame tween in between!
