I'm having trouble with geocities because it doesn't support .ico or PHP even if you pay.
So what do you recommend as the best free host?

If you want to know on Geocities search Geocities readme files as none of us work for them otherwise I suggest you go to webhosting forums and ask as we are repeatedly getting the same questions posted over and over several topics on here already cover this.
