lol it wasen't that bad coolaid 
. I assume he mean't he added a new theme to his site + a new logo but the design is not enough (the pic he posted) so he would like some suggestions to improve.
The first thing you should do is design a logo/symbol, then enlarge, lower opacityand/or lower saturation and that should give a nice effect. Maybe ease up on the scanlines, a bit hard on the eyes.
