please help, heart monitor effect?

hi there,

i want to create a heart monitor type effect, i was going to try with flash then someone told me to use image ready,.... so i used this tutorial link but then when i go to save optimised as i can only save it as a jpeg and that doesnt support animation?


i am using ps7 etc

find the optimize tab and select gif :)
