Anyone know how to edit and make your own custom gradient?

Well you simply select the Gradient Tool. Then in the tool settings bar on the left you will see and image of the gradient you are using. It usually defaults as Foreground to Background. Now, just double click this image, it should open a new window with many choices. You can change the colors of the gradient by double clicking the small arrows with the square boxes of color on them, located above the gradient. The little diamonds can be moved back and forth to determine how quickly one color fades to the next. To add more colors just double click the very top of the gradient and a new arrow will appear. To remove a color just click and hole, then try to drag the arrow up. When you pull it up far enough the arrow will disappear. :)
