frames in dreamweaver

does anyone no how to create small frames in the dreamweaver software made by macromedia.com . ive had it for age but i cant get it work very well. i think i might get the new package and mabye so new books?

If there's a person on this site who doesn't know what Dreamweaver is, i'll be surprised.
As for creating frames, we need a little more clarification.

Do you want your whole site to be based on frames, or do you want a small frame of to one side to simply include some page?
