hello. im still a newbie. ya now those Hewlett Packard(hp) commercials? i wanna learn how to do that kinda of stuff with photoshop. heres an example.

well I guess all you really need to do is make the borders in photoshop.... and then rotate them and place them over an image you have already...
I am sure there are some tuts on the site for the borders...
they are polaroid borders... I would imagine!
