i have unrealIRC server downloaded, and i cant figure out how to set it up, can anyone please help me with it?

Make sure your host allows it as well, many hosts don't lately as they consume a lot of resources

you have to set it up on your computer and open a port to let ppl in

make sure you opened the port(s) in your router configuration stuff
