Hi. I want to create a dropdown menu. I dont know what it uses, but I want it to look like this:

The only thing I dont like about his, is that his buttons dont work at the bottom of the menu. How do I make something like that? I tryed looking at his code, but I just come up with the list...Any help is appreciated!
