What do you mean how much of this I did?
I took the photo with my 7.2 MP Camera of some cards when I was playing with it. I edited in photoshop, inverted the colors than made a new overlay layer over the cards. Googled for some dice and cut that out, added a little blur to it and but it in the background. Than I lowered the opacity.
