Everytime I try to upload a file, or do anything in my FTP, i get the following error;
Posted Image

This only happens on my computer with the ip address, xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. But when I go on my laptop that has ip address yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy, it will let me upload files and do basically whatever I want.

Now I think the server or something must have automatically banned my ip or something. (The day before I logged in the FTP and forgot to logout for more than 24 hours. So i think thats what caused it)

Anyone know how to fix this? Do I change something about my ports? Something about my firewall? Should I modify something from the server?

The server, like most servers, runs off linux, so it has cPanel and all that jazz.

Help is appreciated

Try to connect in normal mode and not anom mode, also if you can login via your laptop why not create a new user account with root access then try on your PC if it still fails to connect then contact your host and ask if your IP is denied, majority of hosts if too many failed connection attempts will also ban the IP

Anonymouse mode wont let me login because I didnt setup a anonymouse ftp account. I did try it in normal mode but its the same problem. I am pretty sure its a IP issue. Need to do further investigation to get this resolved.

Oh but thx for the idea about making another ftp account with root access. That might help, :D

Update:
Nope that didnt work. :P
